Shipping policy
Processing Time:
5–7 business days. This includes your pair being shipped and received at our optical lab for processing for prescription eyewear.
0-3 business days for non prescription eyewear.
Note: Customizations (such as CLARITYCTRL HD Digital Lens, complex prescription, Transitions, Anti-Reflection coating, etc) may or may not require an additional 3–5 business days.

Liberated Eyewear has been made aware that USPS shipments have slowed significantly after massive layoffs and cuts in federal funding. Therefore, all packages will be shipped priority mail to foster a faster shipment timeline. This occurrence has impacted order processing and shipping time to and from our labs for your prescription order. Once you receive your tracking number and there have been no updates to tracking information or your package is delayed. Please contact USPS directly and feel free to let us know.
Depending on the local carrier and any unforeseeable issues during transit via USPS you will receive your prescription glasses or sunglasses within 7-14 days from the date of order. Please be sure to enter accurate prescription details to avoid shipment delays. Complex prescriptions can take up to 10-14 days to ship process and ship.
International orders/shipments may take up to 20 days depending on customs requirements that may cause delays. Customs/duties will vary depending on destination country.
Our carriers pick packages up daily 3:00pm PST for shipment.
Preorders will be shipped during a specified timeframe to which you will be notified of the anticipated shipment. Please check product details to be made aware if your product is a custom made pre order selection.
Custom made pairs are handcrafted at the time of order as a customization and can take up to 7 days for order, shipment and processing.
You can add package protection at check out to protect your package from damage or theft during transit.
Receiving Dates/Times for Returns: Mon-Fri 10 am to 5 pm. Please be mindful of these hours when returning the eyewear or placing orders.
Rates
There is one flat shipping rate for standard shipping and one flat rate for standard shipping via USPS.
International shipping fees may vary based on location, taxes, and duties required by the specific country.
TRACKING
You may track your order by using the Shop app, or selecting Redu at checkout. You will receive an automated email regarding shipment and tracking notification from Liberated Eyewear regardless. If there are any issues with tracking or you did not receive a tracking notification, please notify us immediately.
Insurance
You may protect your package from theft and/or damage with REDU insurance for a small fee at checkout. Please contact Returns & Claims (liberatedeyewear.com) to process any claims, track your shipment and get real time notifications on your package.

If there is a delay with USPS regarding your shipment, then your shipment timeline may be delayed, and you will be notified via email. If 15 days or more have passed and you did not receive your product, please notify us right away.
