  For standard eyewear orders.

  ClarityCTRL™ Premium Protection Plan — $59

  For advanced lens orders, progressives, Transitions®, Screen Mode, Drive Mode, Gamer Lens, and high-index prescriptions.

  Then later, once you have stronger data on claims/remakes, add:

  ClarityCTRL™ Elite Protection — $89

  For premium progressive and luxury lens packages.

If your eyewear is not shipped to you within 2 weeks from purchase, we will always honor the day you receive your glasses as the first day of the One-Year Eyewear Protection coverage. Coverage lasts one year from the pick-up date and is not renewable past year one. One covered repair or replacement within 12 months.
